The 69th Conference of the Historical Society of Nigeria captioned: “Historical Perspectives on Water Bodies and the Maritime Domain from Precolonial Times to the Present” is scheduled for Sunday 6th October to Wednesday 9th October, 2024 at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.  

The President of the Historical Society of Nigeria, Prof. Samuel O. Aghalino will deliver the 263rd Inaugural Lecture of the University of Ilorin with the caption: “Crude but Sweet the Anatomy of the Devil’s Excreta”, scheduled to be held on Thursday 15th August 2024 by 5 pm at the University of Ilorin Auditorium.
